John started the company in 2004 and oversees all facets of company operation including developing the Locators.

Obtaining a Locator Certificate requires taking a One or Two Day Course. The course provides some locating fundamentals but a Locator’s training really takes place in the field.

McLeod River Locating develops its Locators from within by training and promoting helpers. Locators develop under the watchful eye of the Owner.
